Terms of Service
Section 1: Privacy Policy
Effective date: effective on the day time2flow launches.
time2flow ("time2flow," "we," "us," or "our") is a business based in Pennsylvania, USA, that saves business owners time through automations and websites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through royalraymondwebdesign.com (the "Site") and by email, how we use it, and the choices you have.
"Partner" means the person or business that partners with time2flow for services. Using this word does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
1.1 Information We Collect
Information you give us through the application form. When you submit the form at royalraymondwebdesign.com/apply.html, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Business details you choose to share (for example, business name, industry, current website, goals, and the challenge you want your website to solve)
Information you give us by email. If you email us at time2flowofficial@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your name as it appears in your email, and anything you include in your message or attachments.
Information you give us as a partner. If you sign an agreement with us, we may also collect business content (text, logos, photos, brand materials), account or login details you choose to share so we can complete the work, and billing details needed to send invoices and payment links.
Payment information. Payments are made through a private payment link provided by our payment processor, Stripe. Card or bank details are entered on and handled by Stripe's system, not ours. time2flow does not store full card numbers on our Site or servers. Stripe's handling of payment information is described in its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers may automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of a visit in server logs. The Site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before doing so.
1.2 How We Use Your Information
- To review your application and decide whether we are a good fit to work together
- To reply to you, schedule calls, and send you an agreement
- To deliver the services in your agreement, including design, build, automation, launch, and hosting work
- To send invoices, payment links, and receipts
- To keep business records and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- To protect the Site, our partners, and our business from fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Emails: We do not send marketing emails or newsletters, and we do not keep a marketing email list. Our only emails are personal, one-to-one messages written by us to ask a business about a possible partnership, and emails about active projects.
1.3 We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1.4 Who We Share Information With
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Hostinger, our website hosting provider and domain registrar, which hosts the Site, our application form, our private partner and signing pages, and partner websites we host. Your application, your signed agreement and its PDF are stored on Hostinger's servers, which also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and visit time).
- Stripe, which processes deposits, balances, and other payments set in your agreement. We give Stripe your name, email, phone, and business name. Card and bank details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Meet), which we use for email. All partner emails, including application and signing notices and the automatic emails the Site sends, go only to and from time2flowofficial@gmail.com. We use Google Calendar and Google Meet for scheduling and holding calls. The Site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which gives Google your IP address and basic browser details.
- Calendly, which books consultation calls. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to share about the meeting.
- Anthropic (Claude), an AI service used for our AI fit check, part of our application process. It may read your application answers and your business name (not your name, email, or phone) to score how well your project fits and help us prepare an internal review. A person at time2flow makes every decision.
- AI assistant tools time2flow uses to run the business, which may read our email, calendar, bookings, and notes, including information about partners, to help us organize our work.
- A contact-management tool, where we keep contact details and notes for businesses we talk with.
- Other automation and AI providers we may use to deliver automations agreed in your agreement. We will tell you which ones apply to your project before they touch your information.
The Site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of time2flow, our partners, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business.
1.5 How Long We Keep Information
- Applications that do not lead to an agreement: kept for 12 months, then deleted
- Partner records (agreements, invoices, project files, and messages): kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Server logs: kept according to Hostinger's standard log retention
1.6 How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, such as limiting access to the people at time2flow who need it and using secure (HTTPS) connections on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
1.7 Your Rights and Choices
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax, or contractual reasons
- Stop contacting you
Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, laws in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states), such as the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds, but we will honor reasonable requests from anyone.
To make a request, email time2flowofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we deny a request, you may reply to ask us to reconsider.
1.8 Children's Privacy
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
1.9 Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to other websites, including Stripe's payment pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
1.10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Section 2: Terms of Service
Effective date: effective on the day time2flow launches.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Site and to all website, automation, hosting, care plan, and related services provided by time2flow ("time2flow," "we," "us"), to you ("Partner," "you"). "Partner" means the person or business that partners with time2flow for services. Using this word does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Each party is independent. Each project is also governed by a signed agreement. If these Terms and your signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.
2.1 Our Promises
time2flow makes these promises to every partner:
- We take the tasks in your agreement, big and small, off your plate and out of your hands.
- You will save time, depending on how wisely you use the time we free up.
- We will get the job done, meaning the agreed pages, features and automations are built and live.
- We will fit all your needs within your build.
Your "needs" are what the Partner and time2flow agree on in writing, in your agreement, as what you want done through time2flow's website and automation skills and applications. Anything outside that written agreement is out of scope (see Section 2.9). Every website also comes with the 30-day post-launch warranty described in Section 2.2B. We make no other promises or guarantees, express or implied, except as stated in your signed agreement.
2.2 Scope and Build Investment
Each build is a one-time investment. There is no activation fee. We review your full request and tell you the full amount first, and it is written in your agreement before you sign. Nothing is added without your written approval. Requests made after signing are out-of-scope work, billed hourly under Section 2.9. Every build includes our 30-day post-launch warranty (Section 2.2B).
The exact scope of your project is your needs as defined in Section 2.1 and listed in your signed agreement. Anything outside that written agreement is out of scope (see Section 2.9).
2.2A Build Code
A build code is offered only by time2flow, at its sole discretion, to partners it selects. Only time2flow decides who receives one. No one else may offer or give out a build code, and a code from any other source is not valid. A build code is not available to everyone, and offering one to one partner does not mean it will be offered to others. A build code applies to website builds. It can be used once per person and cannot be transferred. Your build starts only after your agreement is signed. When a build code is applied, you pay nothing for the build: there is no build fee, deposit or balance. Care plans are available and optional (Section 2.8). The fee is discussed when you receive your quote. A build code may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing a code does not affect an agreement already signed. What counts is whether the code was active when your agreement was signed. If you use a build code, from launch you own the final website design and the content you provided, the same as a partner who paid in full (Section 2.10). A build code is not tied to a care plan. A build code applies only as stated in your signed agreement.
2.2B 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
If a bug or functional issue is directly caused by time2flow's work, we'll fix it at no additional charge during the first 30 days after launch. Included with every build.
Not covered: new features or design requests; changes you request after launch; changes made by you or others, including third parties; misuse of the website; and hosting, domain, or third-party services or software issues.
The warranty is not a promise of any business result, such as rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue (Section 2.12).
2.3 Revisions
Your signed agreement sets the number of revision rounds included. Extra revision rounds are quoted in writing before they start. A revision round is one consolidated set of change requests sent together. A revision is any change to design or content after the first draft of that deliverable. Things like fixing a typo or swapping an image are tweaks, not new revisions.
2.4 Timelines Are Estimates
Your delivery date is set in your signed agreement. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on when you provide content, feedback, and approvals. If you do not respond for 14 days, we may pause the project and resume it based on our availability. If a project stays paused for 60 days, time2flow may close it with written notice by email. If we close a paused project before launch, payments already made are not refunded (see Section 3).
2.5 Partner Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing the content for your website (text, images, logos, product or service details) and confirming it is accurate
- Making sure you own or have permission to use all content you give us, and that it does not violate any law or anyone else's rights
- Giving timely feedback and approvals
- Providing any account access we need (for example, domain registrar access)
- Reviewing your website before launch and telling us about any errors
- Your own legal compliance, including any industry-specific rules for your business
You agree to indemnify time2flow against claims arising from content or materials you provide.
2.6 Payment Terms
- Website builds: 50% of your build investment is due up front as a deposit. You can pay the deposit online from your quote, or after your application is approved and you sign, when we send your deposit payment link to you directly. A deposit paid online from your quote counts as your deposit. Paying your deposit online books your build. If we decline the project, we refund your deposit in full. Work begins once your application is approved, your agreement is signed and the deposit is received. The other 50% is due at the end, when your site is complete. Your website goes live or is transferred once it is paid.
- If a build code is applied (Section 2.2A), there is no build fee, deposit or balance. You pay nothing for the build. Care plans are available and optional (Section 2.8).
- All payments are made through a private payment link from Stripe.
- The care plan fee and how it is billed are agreed in writing in your agreement. See Section 2.8.
- Late or missed payments: there are no late fees. If a monthly payment fails, what happens next is described in Section 2.8 (When a Care Plan Stops).
- All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Amounts do not include any tax required by law. If a tax applies to any service, it will be shown on your invoice.
2.7 Hosting
Care plans are available (Section 2.8). Hosting is included in the care plan, with no separate hosting charge. Hosting is provided through Hostinger and managed by time2flow. Hosting begins at launch. If you do not choose a care plan, time2flow gives you your website files at launch to host where you choose (help with the move is billed hourly, Section 2.9). If your care plan stops, Section 2.8 (When a Care Plan Stops) applies. Once your build investment is paid in full, or a build code was applied, you may move your website to another host at any time. When you move, we will provide your website files, and hands-on help with the move is billed at the hourly rate set in your agreement (Section 2.9). Hosting availability depends on Hostinger and other third parties, and we are not responsible for outages outside our control.
2.8 Care Plans
Care plans are available. The fee is discussed when you receive your quote. The care plan fee and how it is billed are agreed in writing in your agreement. Each care plan includes hosting. The amount is set in your signed agreement. Your care plan begins at launch. Monthly: billed through Stripe, charged automatically on the same day of the month as your launch date. You may cancel a care plan at any time by email, with no notice period. Care plans have no minimum term. Care plan payments are not refundable (Section 3).
When a Care Plan Stops: if a monthly payment fails and is not fixed, we will email you, and we send your website files with that email. If it is still not fixed 14 days after that email, your care plan stops and care plan service, including hosting, may be paused; the 14 days run from our email. This applies to every partner. If you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
2.9 Out-of-Scope Work
Out-of-scope work is anything outside your needs as defined in Section 2.1, meaning anything not agreed in writing in your agreement. It is an additional investment at the hourly rate set in your agreement. We will tell you in writing that a request is out of scope and give an estimate before starting. Out-of-scope work begins only after you approve it in writing. Time is billed in 15-minute increments. Out-of-scope invoices are sent through Stripe and are due within 7 days.
2.10 Ownership and Intellectual Property
Once you have paid the full build investment set in your agreement, you own the final website design and the content you provided. If you used a build code, there is no build fee, and from launch you own the final website design and the content you provided, the same as a partner who paid in full. You keep ownership of your own content (such as your text, logo and photos). time2flow keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, code snippets, templates, automations, and know-how, and grants you a license to use them as part of your website. Third-party items (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images) remain subject to their own licenses. You own your domain name from launch. If time2flow registered it for you, we release or transfer it to you at no charge. We never hold your domain name or your content back.
Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of time2flow. For partners who used a build code, ownership is set out in the paragraph above. You keep ownership of all content you provide to us at all times.
Portfolio use: time2flow may show your finished website in its portfolio and marketing. If you prefer that we do not, email us and we will remove it.
2.11 Termination
Either party may end the agreement with 7 days' written notice by email. If the agreement ends early: if you cancel after work starts and before launch, you pay for the work done up to your written cancellation, and your deposit is counted toward it: if the work done is less than your deposit, we refund the rest of your deposit; if it is more, you pay only the difference, and no work is handed over until it is paid; there is no kill fee or cancellation fee; if time2flow cannot finish your build, we refund the money you paid for work not yet done; if it ends after launch, nothing more is owed except any unpaid care plan or approved hourly work, and you keep the website you own under Section 2.10. If a build code was applied, nothing is owed for the build. time2flow may end the agreement immediately if a Partner fails to pay, provides unlawful content, or behaves abusively toward time2flow; for care plan payments, the 14-day rule in Section 2.8 applies instead. Sections on payment owed, ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law continue after the agreement ends.
2.12 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any business results. This includes search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, calls, revenue, business growth, or any other outcome. Those depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, search engine changes, and how you use your website and automations.
2.13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, time2flow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. time2flow's total liability for any claim related to its services will not exceed the total amount you paid time2flow for the project in question. Services are provided "as is" except for the promises in Section 2.1, the 30-day post-launch warranty, and anything stated in your signed agreement.
2.14 Third-Party Services
Your website and automations may rely on third-party services such as Hostinger, domain registrars, payment processors, plugins, and fonts. We are not responsible for their performance, changes, fees, or outages.
2.15 Governing Law
These Terms and any agreement with time2flow are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Before going to court, both parties agree to first try to resolve any challenge in good faith by talking it through within 30 days of written notice by email. If that does not resolve it, either party may suggest mediation before filing in court.
2.16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will not affect a signed agreement unless both parties agree in writing.

2.18 Applications and Project Acceptance
When you apply through our application form at royalraymondwebdesign.com/apply.html, you must describe in your own words what your company or organization does and who you serve. time2flow reviews every application before offering an agreement. time2flow may, at its discretion, decline any project based on that description or on the nature of your business or organization. Any decision to decline is made before an agreement is signed and before work starts. Paying your deposit online books your build. If we decline the project, we refund your deposit in full.
Section 3: Refund Policy
Effective date: effective on the day time2flow launches.
time2flow does not offer a money-back guarantee of any kind.
"Partner" means the person or business that partners with time2flow for services. Using this word does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
3.1 Refunds
Payments are not refundable, except where required by law or if we decline your project before work starts. The deposit and cancellation cases in Section 3.3 also apply. Otherwise, care plans, website builds and all other fees are not refundable.
This includes any build investment set in your agreement (including any deposit and balance), care plan payments, and out-of-scope hourly work you approved in writing. This also applies if the agreement ends early (Section 2.11). All payments are final, except where a refund is required by law, where we decline the project or you withdraw before work starts (Section 3.3), or where time2flow cannot finish your build (Section 2.11).
3.2 Waitlist
Submitting an application holds your spot on the waitlist. Nothing else is needed, and there is no fee. Everyone stays on the waitlist until they speak with time2flow and their application is approved, and work does not start until it is approved. time2flow may waive the wait and let a partner start without waiting. time2flow decides how many builds it works on at once.
3.3 Is the Deposit Refundable?
Paying your deposit online books your build. If we decline the project, we refund your deposit in full. If you pay your deposit online and then withdraw before signing your agreement, or before work starts, we also refund your deposit in full. If you cancel after work starts, you pay for the work done up to your written cancellation, and your deposit is counted toward it. If the work done is less than your deposit, we refund the rest of your deposit. If the work done is more than your deposit, you pay only the difference, and no work is handed over until it is paid. There is no kill fee and no cancellation fee. If time2flow cannot finish your build, we refund the money you paid for work not yet done. Otherwise, any deposit and balance set in your agreement are non-refundable. If a build code was applied, there is no build fee, deposit or balance.
