If a bug or functional issue is directly caused by time2flow's work, we'll fix it at no additional charge during the first 30 days after launch. Included with every build.

Not covered: new features or design requests, changes you request after launch, changes made by third parties, and hosting, domain, or third-party software issues.

    Tell us about your business and the tasks taking your time. Submitting your application holds your spot on the waitlist, with no fee.

    Talk with us.

    We talk through what you need. Everyone stays on the waitlist until we've spoken and the application is approved. time2flow may let a partner start without waiting, and decides how many builds it works on at once.

    Sign your agreement.

    Once you're approved, you sign your agreement. It lists exactly what we'll take off your plate. Signing is your yes to start.

    Your first payment.

    If you pay a build fee, 50% of the build investment is due up front as a deposit. After you sign your agreement, we send your secure deposit link to you directly. Work begins once it's received. Paying your deposit online books your build. If we decline the project, we refund your deposit in full. If a build code is applied, there is no deposit: work begins once you sign your agreement.

    We build and you review.

    You look it over and use your included revisions.

    Launch.

Hi, this is time2flow.

The reason we created this is to help people save time, through websites, automations, AI, business advice and strategies.

You could spend time with your family. You could do the things you love. Or you could grow your business even further. But the choice is yours to do whatever you want with that time.

We believe time is the most valuable thing on this earth, for it is the only thing you can never get back. Even this world's time is almost up.

God didn't put us on this earth to slave away the whole time. He put us here so we can enjoy the life we have with Him, and the things He has blessed us with. The best way to get there is by taking repetitive tasks off people's plates and giving them to others, to AI, and to automations.

As Christians, we believe our family is our first and most important ministry, so spending more time with the people we love is something we value highly.

We are open to working with anyone, as long as they are not doing anything immoral and they are helping and contributing to the world and society. We are primarily doing this for the Lord and to advance His kingdom.

Not at all. That's who we build for. Tell us about your business in plain words, and we handle the rest.

What does time2flow actually take off my plate?

The tasks listed in your agreement, big and small. Booking comes first for many owners: a schedule on your site that customers can book themselves.

How do I hold my spot?

Submit an application. That holds your spot on the waitlist. Nothing else is needed, and there's no fee.

When does work start?

Everyone stays on the waitlist until we've spoken and the application is approved. Work doesn't start until it's approved. time2flow may let a partner start without waiting, and decides how many builds it works on at once. Timelines are set in your agreement and are estimates, not guarantees.

How does payment work?

If you pay a build fee, 50% of the build investment is due up front as a deposit and 50% at the end, when your site is complete. After you're approved and sign your agreement, we send your secure deposit link to you directly. Paying your deposit online books your build. If we decline the project, we refund your deposit in full. If a build code is applied, there is no build fee and no deposit.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are not refundable, except where required by law or if we decline your project before work starts. Paying your deposit online books your build. If we decline the project, we refund your deposit in full. If you pay your deposit and withdraw before signing or before work starts, we also refund it in full. If you cancel after work starts, you pay for the work done, and your deposit is counted toward it. If the work done is less than your deposit, we refund the rest; if it is more, you pay only the difference. If time2flow cannot finish your build, we refund the money you paid for work not yet done. Otherwise, website builds and all other fees are not refundable.

Can you guarantee more business or a top spot in search results?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We promise to take the tasks in your agreement off your plate and to get the job done. Results depend on many things outside anyone's control.

What if something breaks after launch?

Every build includes our 30-day post-launch warranty for bugs or functional issues caused by our work.

Can the people I serve pay me on my website?

Yes. We can add online payment processing, so the people you serve can pay you online.
